At Ayos, we brought our cultural heritage from Anatolia, our traditions and our authentic dishes to the people of St Albans for many years. At the same time, we wanted to establish a connection with the locals and their British heritage.

After many conversations with our lovely customers and friends, we identified the need for a new local Fish and Chips in the area. We wanted to establish it with the feedback and support from our customers. With this synergy, we were able to make it happen, and here we are today.
